Returns
You can return products purchased from us within 14 days of receiving the package. To do this, you can log in to your account and use quick returns.
Select products to return
Return all or only selected products from the list of orders. You have 14 days to return.
Provide shipment details
Check the data "taken" from the order and fill in the missing information: including the form of shipment, type of packaging and date of shipment.
Pack and send the package
Pack the return in the same or different packaging. Hand the package over to the courier. The products will be returned to the store.

Remember to include the receipt and the declaration of withdrawal from the contract in the package. You can download the declaration here: Withdrawal from the contract form. If you use a different form, be sure to provide your account number and fill in your name and surname legibly. This will speed up the refund. You can send the declaration of withdrawal from the purchase contract to the following e-mail address: biuro@monopi.eu. The date of sending the e-mail with the declaration or the date of sending the return package determines whether the 14-day return period is met. The returned goods must be complete and cannot bear signs of use. If you return a product that does not meet these requirements, we will be forced to send it back to you at your expense.
We will transfer the money for the returned goods no later than within 14 days of receiving the package. The form of refund depends on the payment method selected when placing the order. If the order was paid for by immediate transfer, we will make the refund in the same way. In the case of a partial return of the order, the shipping costs will not be refunded.
The costs of returning the goods to the Store are borne by the Customer. If the order has been paid for but not collected, we will refund the value of the order less the cost of return shipping.
Complaints
If the product you purchased is faulty, damaged or not in accordance with the order, we will be happy to help you solve the problem. Below is the complaint procedure:

Describe in detail the problem you have encountered and attach any relevant information and documents, such as your order number, receipt or invoice.
We will respond to your report as soon as possible and provide further instructions regarding the complaint.
If the complaint is accepted, we will strive to resolve the problem in the way that is most beneficial to you. This may include replacing the product with a new one, repairing it, refunding it or other forms of compensation.
